1. Introduction

Welcome to Mockitude ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mockitude website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

Mockitude offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for your selected plan. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Razorpay.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Mockitude website or via email.

4. Credits System

Mockitude operates on a credits system for generating tests. Credits can be obtained through subscription plans or purchased separately. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Unused credits from monthly subscriptions do not roll over to the next billing period. Separately purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mockitude and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

Our Service allows you to generate and access content that is personalized for your educational needs. You understand that the AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete, and should be used as a learning aid rather than a definitive source of information.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Mockitude, a Mockitude employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm Mockitude or users of the Service.
• To generate, distribute, or publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mockitude, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
