2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Cancellation Within 2 Days
If you cancel your subscription within 2 days of the initial purchase or renewal date, you may be eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@mockitude.com with your account details and reason for cancellation.
2.2 Cancellation After 2 Days
For cancellations made after 2 days from the purchase or renewal date, no refunds will be provided for the current billing period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
2.3 Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date. No refunds will be issued for automatic renewals if you fail to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
3. Credit Purchase Refunds
3.1 Unused Credits
Refunds for purchased credits may be issued only if the credits have not been used and the refund request is made within 48 hours of the purchase. Once credits have been used, even partially, no refunds will be provided for the remaining credits.
3.2 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your purchased credits, please contact our support team at support@mockitude.com. We will investigate the issue and may provide a refund or credit your account at our discretion.
4. Exceptions
4.1 Service Unavailability
If our service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 hours) during your subscription period, you may be eligible for a partial refund or extension of your subscription period. Please contact our support team to discuss your options.
4.2 Special Circumstances
In certain special circumstances (e.g., accidental purchases, duplicate charges), we may consider refund requests outside of our standard policy. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
